DDTSB gathers its data from large European automotive helpdesk centers. Their own helpdesk handles over 50,000 real-world cases every year, and that data is used to identify patterns in common faults across specific vehicle models. When a trend is spotted, the DDTSB team investigates and creates a detailed Technical Bulletin.

These Bulletins are clear and easy to follow, often including images and, when available, video instructions. Bulletins are continuously added and updated, even for vehicles over 10 years old, especially if certain issues tend to show up later in a vehicle’s life.

This approach has helped DDTSB build a database of repair information you won’t find anywhere else. And finding the right information in the system is simple: you can search by license plate (for supported countries), VIN, or manually select the car. Once the vehicle is selected, just type in a fault code or symptom, if it’s a known issue on that model, the relevant Bulletins will appear right away.

FAQ

Can I find a bulletin / repair solution for every fault on every brand?

No, you’ll only find a bulletin or repair solution for known issues.

Can I try a demo version of DDTSB for free?

You can look around the program in the demo version at www.ddtsb.com

Here you can see a preselected car, TSB, and video and if you select a car in manual mode (not plate No. or VIN No. ) then you can see if they have a TSB on the symptom you seek. You then need to buy the program to see the TSB.

Does my subscription automatically extend when it expires?

No, it doesn't. You’ll get a reminder when the subscription is about to expire and it’s up to you to renew it.

Does DDTSB contain wiring diagrams or service data?

No, it doesn’t. DDTSB is a database for known faults and repair solutions. However, DDTSB can be upgraded with Autodata. If you are interested in upgrading please contact them at DDTSB@elektropartner.com

Is the helpdesk included?

No. A hotline ticket costs €20 per case. Helpdesk tickets are available per 5 tickets. Some helpdesk services are free of charge, for example when you want to share a tip with others.

I frequently see the same fault on a certain model, can I share that information with DDTSB?

Absolutely! DDTSB work closely together with suppliers, car manufacturers, knowledge partners, helpdesks and workshops from all around the world to source information to create their bulletins. They'd love to get your feedback and if this leads to the creation of a new bulletin your company name will be included as the source at the bottom of this bulletin!

You can upload your tips in the hotline section and of course this is free of charge.

In what languages is DDTSB available?

DDTSB is in English but has a Google Translate feature to switch the language of the program to the following languages: Dutch, German, French, Italian and Spanish.

I find it difficult writing a helpdesk question in English. Can I do it in my own language?

Yes, you can always ask your question in any language but our helpdesk will always write back in English.

Will I find OEM bulletins in DDTSB?

No, DDTSB refer to their TSBs as aftermarket TSBs and these are not OEM copies. However, you will find a lot of similarities between OEM and aftermarket TSBs since they kind of overlap each other from when OEM stop making data (e.g., when the car is older than 3 years) and from when the hotline starts to receive questions about the same subject (from e.g. the car is 1-3 years).
