Shipping Policy (UK)
1. Processing & Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 days of receiving payment. If we cannot meet this timeframe, we will notify you promptly and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
This obviously does not apply to pre-orders and you should contact us prior to order to get up to date availability.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Express Delivery (UK): £5.95 — Estimated 1-3 business days
- Free delivery on orders over £50.00
- Bulky or large deliveries may take up to 7-10 days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are responsible for goods until they are delivered to you.
3. Delivery Address
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
4. International Shipping
We do not offer international delivery. Where available, delivery charges and times will be shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
5. Risk & Ownership
Ownership of goods passes to you once payment is received in full and delivery is completed. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
6. Delays Outside Our Control
If delivery is delayed by events outside our control (e.g., strikes, extreme weather), we will contact you as soon as possible and take steps to minimise the delay.
7. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund, including standard delivery costs. (Express delivery costs will not be reimbursed) You must return the goods in their original condition. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty.
8. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your goods arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days for a replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
